Our Story
Founded by Nkululeko Mazibuko, Germin8te Media brings together strategic communication and creative storytelling. With over a decade of experience across the United Nations and leading South African corporates, alongside a passion for film, voice-over and performance, Nkululeko created Germin8te as a home for ideas, brands and talent to grow.
Inspired by the process of germination, we believe every idea has the potential to flourish. As an integrated media and entertainment house, we offer PR, advertising, design, digital marketing, content creation, music production photography and video production, artist management and events management.
We partner with corporates, SMEs, startups, government institutions, non-profits and creatives to turn ideas into impact. Whatever the starting point, our mission remains the same: to nurture every brand, idea and talent from seed to fruition.

Developer
I’m Realeboha Lekhanya — a Senior Web Developer specialising in the WordPress ecosystem: PHP core, custom themes and plugins, MySQL, REST APIs, and modern front-ends with Bootstrap and React. Six years agency delivery from discovery through launch, often as technical lead guiding architecture, scope, and quality.
My work focuses on translating business requirements into secure, scalable platforms — balancing performance, maintainability, and clear stakeholder communication. I work with teams across South Africa and internationally, from discovery workshops through delivery.
