Germinate Entertainment provides entertainment, media production, and related services. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on project scope.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by project. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or according to agreed milestones.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all content created by Germinate Entertainment remains our property until full payment is received.
